Rental


  • What happens if a rental bike is damaged?

    The renter is responsible for damage and theft during the rental period. Normal signs of use and small scratches are accepted. Structural and serious damage will be charged. Of course we always look for a solution if the bike is returned with damage.

  • Are the rental bikes insured?

    It is possible to take out additional insurance for damage to rental bikes. The price is €4.50 per day and €18.50 per week

  • What documents do I need to rent a bicycle?

    You need a passport or ID card.

  • Do you deliver the rental bikes to homes?

    We offer free delivery* up to 30km from our address.

  • Can I also return my rental bike earlier?

    Of course the bikes can be returned earlier. Unfortunately refunds are not possible, because the bikes are reserved when you place your booking.

  • Do you rent bicycles for children?

    We do not rent bikes specifically for children. The height of the rider of the bike must be at least 140cm tall.

  • Do you have a baby seat available?

    Yes, we have a baby seat available and a child helmet. The weight limit is 25kg.

  • How fast do the e-bikes go?

    The Bosch engine supports up to 25km/h and is completely switched off at 27.5km/h. This is according to European legislation.

  • What kind of bicycles do you sell?

    For 2024 we will sell the Dutch ID brand, click on the link to see all models.

  • Do you sell used bicycles?

    We only have used bikes in stock if they are traded in. Please come by to see what is in stock.

  • Do you sell e-bikes?

    Our name says it all, we rent and sell E-bikes from the Dutch ID brand.

  • Do you buy used bicycles?

    We never buy bikes directly from individuals. Only if the bike is traded in for a new one.

  • Can I bring my bike in for service?

    Yes, if the bike was purchased from us. Unfortunately, we do not accept other bikes.
